CentOS가 2021년 12월 31일자로 EOL (End Of Life) 되어서 더 이상 업데이트 받을 수 없고, 2022년 1월 31일까지만 mirror site 유지되어 발생하는 현상

solution

Centos Stream 8 or Centos 7로 마이그레이션 하거나 우선 mirror 사이트 변경

mirrorlist 보다 baseurl 주소 변경 (mirrorlist 주석 처리)

 

/etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-*.repo files
http://mirror.centos.org --> http://vault.centos.org 로 변경
